All hotel units will have kitchen facilities and each unit’s T&B will be fitted with bathtubs. The standard unit price for the residential unit provides for the suite to be fully furnished. Included in the price are the appliances, fixtures, furniture and linen (See Features).

The Uptown Condotel Advantage combines the luxuries of a full service hotel with concept of ownership of commercial (hotel and retail) condominium units. Uptown Condotel is fully owned and titles will be issued and transferred into the name of the Condominium Corporation in accordance with the Condominium Law.
